CAIPIRINHA
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 thin-rind lime
• 2 dessert spoons of sugar cane
• 60ml of CACHAÇA BRASILIANA
• Crusched ice
Cut off the ends of the lime and cut it into thin slices removing the seeds.
Place the lime and sugar in a glass and with a wood pestle press only the core of the fruit without forcing the rind. This prevents the drink from being sour.
Add CACHAÇA BRASILIANA, mix and fill the glass with crushed ice. Serve in a glass decorate with a slice of lime.
Caipirinha with Strawberry
INGREDIENTS:
• 5 strawberries in cube
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 dose of cachaça
• Crusched ice
In a glass, place the strawberries and add the sugar. With a pestle, mash the fruit well, so that the sugar get into the mixture. Add ice cubes to taste.
Put a dose of Cachaça over the ice and the crushed strawberries with sugar. Mix well, softly, so that the strawberry spreads throughout the cachaça. If necessary add more ice.
BANANA BRAZIL
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 shot of banana liqueur
• 2 shots of Cachaça
• 1 slice of banana
• 1 spoon of sugar
• Crushed ice.
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake and decorate the glass with fruit.
IPANEMA ‘S GIRL
INGREDIENTES:
• 1 shot of Cocoa Liqueur
• 1 spoon of peanut cream
• 2 shots of Cachaça
• Ice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake and decorate with peanuts.
